What’s included in a typical real estate drone shoot?
A standard shoot may include aerial photos, cinematic highlight reels, interior flythroughs, or a mix. You’ll receive edited media optimized for MLS and social platforms, with optional upgrades like rush delivery or vertical video formats.
Can you fly drones indoors?
Yes! We use specialized FPV drones equipped to capture smooth, immersive interior footage — perfect for showcasing layout, flow, and unique features.
Are you Part 107 certified and insured?
Absolutely. All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107-certified pilots. We carry full liability insurance and adhere to airspace and privacy regulations.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Albuquerque, NM and currently serve the surrounding region. For larger commercial projects, we may travel or coordinate remote pilots depending on scope.
Do I need to be on-site during the shoot?
Not necessarily. We can coordinate everything ahead of time. However, being present can help if there are special instructions or access needs.
How do I book a shoot?
You can contact us via the website or phone. We’ll gather your project details and schedule a time that works for you. Rush service is also available if needed.
Can I request raw footage or exclusive rights to the media?
Yes. We offer two optional add-ons:
- Raw Footage Package: Includes all unedited video clips and photos delivered via cloud storage.
- Exclusive Media Rights: Grants you full ownership of all delivered content. Cactus Cloud Media waives the right to use the footage for any promotional or portfolio purposes.
What if weather or airspace restrictions prevent flying?
Safety comes first. If we can’t fly due to weather or FAA restrictions, we’ll reschedule at no extra charge or offer alternative solutions if available.
